HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR CHEMDRY VISIT:

• Kindly remove all ornaments, breakables, bedside lamps etc. to a safe place. If this is not done, we will not take any responsibility of items that may be broken in the cleaning process by accident.
• Kindly clear all storage, if any, that may be stored under beds.

Kindly note that your ChemDry team will move your furniture around in order to access the carpets as best they can. However, there are a few exceptions to this rule.

The following items may NOT be moved by your Chem Dry Team:

• TV Entertainment Units
• Pianos
• Computer Work Stations
• Furniture that seems dilapidated or frail and at risk of damage if moved
• Sleigh Beds OR Four Poster Beds/Bed of the Kings
• Very Heavy Furniture – they will move if they have assistance from someone on premises
• Display Cabinets that have not been emptied

Our teams would do the best to clean around and under them. If you do want to have the carpets cleaned under any of the stipulated items, then it would be your responsibility to move the item. If you do instruct our teams to move any of these items and damage does occur we would not take any responsibility for this.
